What you’ll do:
- Key liaison between North American Operations and the Learning & Development team, driving strategic initiatives to enhance technician capabilities across the region.
- Lead efforts to identify skill gaps, shape development plans, and manage technical training programs for over 800 technicians
- Team with the Learning and Development Team regarding development needs, training calendars, new product training, and other learning initiatives.
- Drive completion and tracking of individual technician development plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations on optimal technician level distribution
- Manage development programs including Tech-X, Apprenticeship initiatives, and Grant Opportunities.
- Travel ~30-50% overnight is expected.
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience in workforce development, operations, or technical training program management.
- Experience working with large technician populations or field service teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), data analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
