As a Strategic Business Development Associate, you’ll operate at the intersection of consulting, commercial strategy, and innovation. You’ll co-develop our consulting IP, drive market analyses, and craft compelling go-to-market materials. Key Responsibilities

• Support creation of new consulting offerings by translating delivery insights into structured methodologies.
• Research benchmarks and industry trends to develop reusable frameworks and internal IP.
• Contribute to solution blueprints, pricing models, and service modularization.
• Conduct structured market, competitor, and client ecosystem research.
• Assist in business modeling for pricing, value propositions, and strategic business cases.
• Craft high-quality, client-facing proposal decks from RFP analysis to delivery.
• Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to structure messaging and commercial framing.

• 1–2+ years of experience in consulting (MBB, Big 4, boutique, or in-house strategy), investment banking, or corporate development.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint; able to develop clear, consulting-standard slide decks.
• Familiarity with proposal development, commercial models, or business case preparation.
• Fluent in English (German a plus); confident working with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive, and dependable, with a drive to lead workstreams—not just support them.
