Strategic AUM Optimization Associate

As a Strategic AUM Optimization Associate, you’ll Operate and support WealthCare strategic AUM programs, including AUM capture and Retail retention. OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS
Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:
Refine and evolve the Retail member experience using feedback, NPS data, and QA insights to enhance communication, retention, and usability.
Identify and execute high-ROI opportunities to maximize profit and reduce costs, while monitoring WCS dashboards to track growth and performance goals.
Conduct planning, testing, and implementation of new product releases, leveraging Wealthcare Retail as a testing ground to quickly identify and resolve functionality issues.
Partner with internal teams to prioritize fixes and enhancements, align on roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of features that improve the HSA and investment experience.
Monitor fraud trends and system vulnerabilities, developing and executing proactive action plans to ensure platform security.
Support the Director in developing and executing active individual, passive individual, and bulk transfer playbooks, while reviewing transfer NPS results to identify experience gaps and ensure closed-loop feedback.
Pull data queries and performance reports to measure key KPIs, assist in shaping program strategy, and contribute to the creation of AUM Capture Power BI reporting requirements.

Abilities: Demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to build effective relationships with partners, and clients. Excels at managing multiple priorities, working independently or cross-functionally.
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in business, finance, call center operations, or support services. Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Experience with database queries preferred.
Education: BA/BS or related experience in Business Administration or related field preferred.
