Your Key Responsibilities has Strategic Assistant:
Support to General Management:
- Prepare files for meetings and interviews involving the General Manager.
- Prepare interventions and associated materials, leveraging internal expertise as needed.
Coordination of Strategic Projects:
- Define and ensure coherence of objectives across different departments.
- Monitor the deployment of key projects to ensure smooth communication and cross-functional collaboration (PMO role).
Business Life Cycle:
- Coordinate key strategic events such as business reviews, BBO Sandoz definition, and strategic planning.
- Organize annual strategic plan reviews in collaboration with finance teams, BU Heads, and the entire Management Committee.
Commercial Strategy and Organization:
- Monitor industry and market trends to identify new commercial models and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify new strategic opportunities for Sandoz based on market dynamics and competitive trends.
- Lead strategic discussions on Sandoz's commercial model and its organizational implications.
- Propose innovations in Sandoz's business model aligned with strategy and customer needs.
- Undertake specific actions to support Sandoz France's strategic priorities.
Transformation Projects:
- Lead and deploy high-stakes transformation projects for Sandoz France.
- Coordinate internal and external contributors involved in the project.
- Formulate recommendations and decisions in line with Sandoz France's strategy.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade, unite, and support teams on cross-functional projects. Ability to make recommendations and be proactive.
- Adaptability: Define, lead, and ensure the implementation of Sandoz France's transformation.
- Results Orientation: Strong results orientation and proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
Desired Profile:
- Education: Bac+5 or equivalent.
- Professional Experience: 10 years of professional experience, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Strategy consulting expertise is a plus. Knowledge of the Sandoz environment is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and office software (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Languages: Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
