This position is responsible for supporting the Regional Director APAC in the development, execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the region.
The role acts as a central coordination point between regional management and country organizations, ensuring alignment of regional priorities, transparency of business performance, and successful implementation of strategic projects.
The position contributes to commercial growth, organizational development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting executive decision-making through analysis, reporting, governance and stakeholder engagement.

Strategic Planning & Regional Governance

  • Support the Regional Director APAC in the development, execution and monitoring of regional strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate regional projects and ensure alignment between regional objectives and country execution plans.
  • Drive and monitor APAC strategic programs, including trade lane development initiatives and cross-country growth projects.
  • Support the development and execution of regional business plans, budgets and performance reviews.

Performance Management & Business Intelligence

  • Maintain regional reporting tools, dashboards and management presentations.
  • Monitor regional performance against strategic objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct business analysis and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare executive summaries and management reports for regional and global leadership.

Commercial Development & Trade Lane Initiatives

  • Coordinate bilateral agreement governance, commercial campaigns and strategic account initiatives.
  • Support regional commercial programs, including strategic account initiatives, trade lane development and growth projects.
  • Monitor commercial pipelines, customer opportunities and project progress.
  • Facilitate collaboration between sales, products and country organizations.

Cross-Functional & Regional Projects

  • Lead and coordinate special projects assigned by the Regional Director APAC.
  • Act as a liaison between regional management and country leadership teams.
  • Support organizational development, process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.

Executive Communications & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare presentations, business reviews and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate regional meetings, workshops and management events.
  • Facilitate communication between APAC countries and global functions.
  • Support leadership engagement initiatives and executive communications.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency and collaboration within the region.
  • Support digitalization initiatives and process optimization projects.
  • Promote best-practice sharing across APAC countries.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong understanding of Air Freight and Ocean Freight operations and commercial processes.
  • Experience in project management, strategic planning and business analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically while ensuring operational execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.  Being a Mandarin speaker is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Skills Required
