Support Key Corporate Initiatives that drive Acrisure’s Growth via:
● Drive the development of reliable reporting tools that will be used by the business to execute on key operational goals with a “customer-first” mindset.
● Focus on supporting the development of actionable business insights that will enable the attainment of Acrisure’s strategic goals.
● Ability to distill concepts and insights in a manner that is understandable and actionable for a non-technical audience
● Ability to think about the “big picture” implications of your daily work and prioritize accordingly
● Able to distill complex problems into a coherent structure of business questions and analyses
● Support the curation of data from Acrisure’s data warehouse to develop key data inputs that will be used in business analyses

● Support the development of key data sources via BigQuery, dbt and BI tools that answer business questions key to driving Acrisure’s growth
● Develop business acumen and domain expertise to support Acrisure’s business leaders with actionable recommendations and insights

Requirements:
● Self Starter: You are an enthusiastic and innovative thinker who can work both independently and as part of a team.
● Possess both technical knowledge and business acumen and strong desire to apply both towards analytics solutions.
● Results Oriented: You value outcomes over activities and channel your focus towards enabling your team to achieve its goals.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands from different stakeholders.
● Technical Proficiency: You have Intermediate level proficiency in SQL is required.
● Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts and ability to script in Python or another programming language is considered a plus.

● Experience with BigQuery and dbt is preferred.

● Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira
● Work Experience: 2-5 years working in data analytics or adjacent quantitative fields (Management Consulting, Business Operations).

● Prior experience in Financial Services is preferred.
● Data Visualization: Ability to “tell a story” with data and develop visualizations using BI tools that will help stakeholders understand their business and execute on strategies that
are key to Acrisure’s growth.
● Location: Willing and able to work from Acrisure Innovation’s Austin office in a hybrid role. Remote candidates will not be considered.
● Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
● Experience building financial models and developing financial reporting metrics is preferred.
