JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain analytic dashboards, visualizations, and interactive reports that seamlessly integrate data on international engagements, partners, topics, and outcomes.
- Analyze program performance and activity trends, tracking the volume and type of engagements, geographic focus, and thematic priorities.
- Provide data-driven findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to CISA International leadership based on performance analytics.
- Support the Program Manager and policy analysts by producing summary charts, graphics, and analytic sections tailored for issue papers, executive briefings, and decision support products.
- Work proficiently with CISA’s data sources and tools (e.g., CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform) to retrieve, transform, and present data effectively.
- Ensure all analytic products and visual representations meet CISA’s rigorous standards for accuracy, clarity, and suitability for senior decision-makers.
- Proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Proficiency with common analytics, database, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities within complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Exceptional attention to detail in ensuring data accuracy and clarity in high-visibility reporting products.
- Experience handling sensitive data and operating within secure, classified data environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analytics, or performance management for Federal or complex programs, ideally involving executive-level dashboarding and reporting.
- Clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required (or TS/SCI eligible) and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Location: Primarily at the Government facility in Arlington, Virginia (NCR), with potential telework options as required by the agency.
Skills Required
