About the Role

Reporting to Director, Brand Marketing and Strategic Alliances, the incumbent is responsible to lead, drive and implement brand marketing and strategic alliances initiatives to support business priorities. The role requires extensive collaboration with different business functions and external partners to maximise business benefits via various engagement and initiatives. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting company-wide initiatives for AIA Hong Kong and Macau, and AIA Group when required.
This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of brand and sponsorship campaigns, including content development and on-ground activations
  • Facilitate, localise and activate AIA’s group sponsorship assets, as assigned.
  • Plan and manage publicity strategies and advertising campaigns for sponsorship projects
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, production houses, PR, marketing agencies to deliver engagement initiatives in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support the evaluation and maintenance of strategic alliance partners to achieve business goal. Maintain and deepen the relationships with strategic partners for mutual benefits and business results
  • Support the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement campaigns / programmes to maximise business benefits with an integrated marketing approach, as well as achieve the company’s distribution, product and financial objectives.
  • Closely coordinate with all levels of internal stakeholders, including distribution channels, finance, compliance, legal, administration, operation  etc. and facilitate the project implementation. Monitor risk profile to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, if any.
  • Collaborate closely with production houses, PR, marketing agencies to deliver engagement initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the review business performances with strategic alliance partners on a regular basis and proactively enhance performance and ensure required results are met.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and manage brand marketing budgets
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or related roles
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand aesthetics
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Digital/social media savvy
