We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized, and resourceful Strategic Advisor to the CEO to help drive efficiency, alignment, and execution across the company. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to the CEO—managing information flow, creating leverage, and ensuring focus remains on the company’s highest-priority initiatives.
You’ll operate across strategy and execution, helping translate big ideas into clear plans, driving cross-functional follow-through, and removing friction from the CEO’s day-to-day. As a force multiplier for the CEO, you’ll bring structure to ambiguity, connect the dots across the organization, and ensure critical priorities continue moving forward.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Execution & Business Operations

  • Partner closely with the CEO on high-impact strategic initiatives, translating vision into clear priorities, action plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

  • Drive cross-functional projects across GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other critical functions—creating alignment, maintaining momentum, and holding teams accountable to commitments.

  • Serve as a connective tissue across the organization, surfacing key insights, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to keep the CEO informed and ahead of critical issues.

  • Prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings and decisions with relevant data, analysis, context, and clear recommendations.

  • Evaluate business performance, product roadmaps, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and inform strategic priorities.

  • Take on ambiguous, high-priority problems and special projects where structure, judgment, and execution are needed.

Executive Leverage & Communication

  • Help manage the CEO’s time and attention by prioritizing competing demands, anticipating needs, and ensuring time is focused on the company’s highest-impact priorities.

  • Draft, edit, and coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including communications with the Board, investors, customers, and employees.

  • Partner with Finance, Product, GTM, and other teams to develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic materials.

  • Ensure the CEO has the right information, context, and stakeholders at the right time to make effective decisions.

  • Represent the CEO and the CEO’s priorities with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.

Financial & Analytical Acumen

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s financial performance, including the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and relevant operating metrics.

  • Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas requiring executive attention.

  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to support forecasting, planning, investment decisions, and strategic analysis.

  • Translate complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, technology company, consulting, investment banking, or similarly demanding environment, with exposure to technical or cross-functional teams.

  • Experience supporting a C-level executive or operating in a Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations, Technical Program Management, Business Operations, or Special Projects capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problem statements through execution.

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and business acumen, including the ability to work comfortably with financial and operational data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence and judgment to operate effectively in high-stakes settings.

  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, SaaS, infrastructure, or other businesses combining physical and digital operations.

  • Technical fluency and comfort partnering with Engineering, Product, Data, or other technical leaders.

  • Experience working directly with a Board of Directors, investors, or executive leadership teams.

  • Experience in a high-growth company navigating significant scale, transformation, M&A, fundraising, or other periods of rapid change.

  • Experience building executive-level operating rhythms, business reviews, dashboards, or planning processes.
