Job Summary**
The Strategic Accounts Representative at PTC Inc. is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key strategic customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within an assigned portfolio of high-value accounts. This role focuses on understanding complex customer needs, positioning PTC's comprehensive solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for assigned strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities and formulating strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, senior leadership, and key decision-makers within strategic accounts.
* Proactively identify customer pain points, challenges, and strategic initiatives to effectively position PTC's software and solutions (e.g., PLM, IoT, AR, CAD).
* Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement and needs assessment to proposal generation, negotiation, and contract closure.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, professional services, customer success, and product management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation.
* Conduct regular business reviews with strategic customers to track progress, ensure satisfaction, and identify further expansion opportunities.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and PTC's product roadmap to effectively articulate value propositions.
* Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools.
* Participate in industry events, conferences, and customer-facing activities as required.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of strategic account management or enterprise software sales experience, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or high-tech sectors.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-million dollar deals.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, particularly in areas relevant to PTC's portfolio (e.g., PLM, CAD, IoT, AR, ALM).
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex technical and business challenges.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
* Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).
