- National Accounts Pipeline report highlights national accounts relationships: manufacturers, GPOs, IDNs or other accounts as assigned. Produced monthly by 1st of month.
- Expense report approved expenses as related to travel and entertainment, produced monthly
Responsibilities
- DIRECT
Accountable for the effective management of the US Med-Equip
strategic national accounts and its associated relationships and goals.
- Work closely with the sales leadership to develop goals to progress the mission of USME through current and prospective USME National Accounts
- Drive sales growth, develop account strategies, manage executive relationships, and improve overall customer satisfaction of their assigned accounts
- Leverage our internal sales, marketing, commercial operations, leadership teams, GPO contracts and account relationships, to drive profitable and strategic growth within assigned accounts
- Responsible for the progressing the development of business within existing IDN and GPO contracts for Rentals and Sales
- Responsible for coordinating strategies and activities with USME Sales Leadership colleagues and field BDRs to progress targeted strategies and relationships
- Use USME technology to solidify relationships with customers
- Communicating to upper-level management issues relating to any personnel issues, favorable or not
- Work independently to progress towards company goals
- Best effort in controlling field sales expenses through proactive planning and impactful management of company resources
- INDIRECT
Accountable for assistance in the effective management of US Med-Equip business resources.
- Maintaining and promoting a good team environment with USME sales team and support staff
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies
- Assist in the planning and coordination of national industry shows
- Promote the good welfare of USME
Qualifications
- Qualifications:
- 10 years' experience preferred - (at least 5 years required) specifically calling on, managing, and negotiating contracts with Healthcare GPOs and IDNs
- Sales experience in the healthcare industry is required
- Strong understanding of health system customer base and business environment including experience with multiple, large, complex healthcare national accounts
- Ability to assess, analyze and condense complex data or situation trends, issues and opportunities for actions and responses; and deliver complex information and to engage people behind strategies and decisions
- Experience in navigating complex hierarchies and complicated internal relationships at large healthcare systems
- Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
- Strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills
- Ability to travel to customer locations as necessary (approximately 60% travel)
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office and SalesForce
- Desired locations: Southwestern US and the Northeastern US
