Job summary

  • Maintain and grow relationships with the customers assigned, while achieving targets
  • Analyze the evolution of the assigned clients, in order to increase their sales and profitability
  • Generate new business opportunities

Accountabilities

  • Strong account management experience with a proven ability to grow client relationships, increase sales, and improve profitability
  • Skilled in managing end-to-end client interactions, acting as the main point of contact and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues
  • Proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities within existing accounts and through market insights
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs, client performance, and sales data to inform strategy and drive growth
  • High level of client engagement through frequent meetings, site visits, and trade show attendance, building strong customer intimacy and market awareness
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipelines, track interactions, and support sales activity planning
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address client challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, able to influence both clients and internal teams
  • Experience preparing client reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support strategic discussions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload, balancing multiple client visits, meetings, and priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness, including monitoring competitor activity and identifying trends to stay ahead in the market
  • Committed to continuous improvement through training, coaching, and collaborative team engagement
