Your role is to secure existing and develop new business with large customers, who are leaders in their industry and are driving digital transformation with our solutions. For this job you will have a skilled team from different PTC organizations behind you, which is expecting your guidance, motivation, empathy and leadership.
At the same time, we are also expecting a hunting mentality. This means expanding your relationship into other departments of existing accounts and building new and strategic partnership with key stakeholders of new prospects.

This means you are dealing with large enterprises on their digital transformation journey and are translating PTC’s solution into value streams for these companies.

What we expect from you:
Successful and proven sales track record (complex Software/Solution sales)
Familiar with strategic account planning and account development
Team player with leadership attitude
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to develop a broad network at clients and partners
Personality and character
German language native or full professional proficiency
Experience in the Machine Builder or Industrial Machinery industry is a bonus, not a must
