About this role: 

As a dynamic growth company, Just Eat partners with over 3800 businesses in Denmark, offering consumers easy access to diverse food and retail options daily. We're seeking a responsible, results-driven Strategic Account Manager to expand and retain our partner network. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our partners.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

  • Establish and grow partnerships with new chains/partners through campaigns, joint business plans, and strategic initiatives

  • Own and manage strategic partner relationships, building strong collaboration across counterparts, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders

  • Drive business performance: monitor weekly trading, run reviews with partners, and respond proactively to trends to exceed targets

  • Represent Just Eat externally to potential partners and internally as a Strategic Accounts lead

What will you bring to the table?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management strong understanding of B2B, retail and the restaurant market 

  • Experience with excel, data analysis and trend spotting, demonstrating tenacity to create informed, well rounded insights and ability to leverage data for stakeholder engagement

  • Proven ability to grow accounts through implementation of joint business plans, campaigns and identifying win-win opportunities 

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels 

  • Commercially savvy with strong negotiation & influencing skills

  • A comfort level with ambiguity, and proactively defining new and efficient ways of working

  • Great people skills - you know how to build and maintain strong relationships
