The RoleWe're hiring a Strategic Account Manager to lead relationships with some of the top brands using Nectar. In this role, you'll act as a trusted partner to customers—helping them adopt AI-powered workflows across social, community, and support operations while ensuring they achieve measurable results from the platform.
This role sits at the intersection of customer strategy, AI adoption, and product insight. You'll work closely with customers, product teams, and leadership to drive long-term success and shape how brands integrate AI into their marketing and community operations.
What You'll Be DoingOwn the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, workflow integration, account health monitoring, and renewals
Serve as the primary point of contact for brand stakeholders, ensuring strong adoption and measurable outcomes
Translate marketing, support, and community goals into scalable AI-powered workflows
Guide customers through setup and optimization of AI agents across engagement, creator operations, and analytics
Deliver proactive insights, performance reviews, and success plans to expand product value
Partner closely with product, design, and engineering to represent customer needs and influence product roadmap decisions
Contribute to internal playbooks, onboarding resources, and customer success best practices
3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or brand-side marketing and operations leadership
Familiarity with modern marketing workflows including community management, influencer strategy, customer support, and analytics
Demonstrated interest in AI tools and automation platforms
Strong communication skills with the ability to advise both executive stakeholders and operational teams
High ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments
Proven track record of strong performance, growing scope, or leadership in previous roles
Experience implementing or managing AI or automation tools
Familiarity with social media APIs, CRM platforms, or marketing analytics systems
Experience working with high-growth consumer brands such as DTC, beauty, or wellness companies
Experience building enablement materials, training programs, or internal operational processes
