Role Summary

As a Client Strategy & Insights Manager, you are responsible for providing strategic analytical insight, trends, and tactics and recommendations to drive growth and optimize performance.  This role will be a collaborative one that works mainly with Client Services, but also cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Operations.  The Client Strategy & Insights Manager will also have a portfolio of key client accounts, as well as general oversight and be the strategic point of escalation of all other accounts.

Location

This role is an on-site position in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor client accounts to assess performance trends and forecast future outcomes.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless implementation and account setup.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Develop and present data-driven insights and reports to optimize client success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client accounts meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for client needs and escalations.
  • Lead client meetings to discuss account performance, recommend improvements, and address inquiries.
  • Become a subject matter expert in healthcare revenue recovery and payment sourcing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise insights
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations and findings to senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations to inform decision-making
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategic planning processes and methodologies, and support client retention
  • Strong background in insurance, employee benefits, consulting or claims administration
