A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Strategic Account Manager is a vital part of Duda’s Customer Success team, focusing on the adoption, growth, and retention of Duda’s platform across a global customer base. You will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving value, and ensuring customer success by fostering long-term relationships and aligning customer needs with Duda’s solutions. This is a high-impact role that requires collaboration across departments and with senior leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage a portfolio of global accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by driving platform adoption and success.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams within Duda, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to meet customer objectives.
  • Lead impactful customer interactions, including demos and strategic planning sessions, to address business needs and maximize the value of Duda’s platform.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for customers, collaborating with internal teams to implement initiatives that ensure long-term success.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement through additional products and services, supporting their business scalability and growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their challenges and proactively offering solutions to drive their success.
  • Manage complex onboarding and cross-functional projects across teams and geographies, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years in an account management role, or equivalent strategic roles (business development, partner management, strategic account management, product management, sales), preferably within a SaaS company focused on B2B solutions for SMEs.
  • Proven ability to navigate and align cross-functional teams to implement customer-focused initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • Expertise in communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, driving feature adoption, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in growth planning, building impactful relationships, and delivering measurable results across diverse accounts and geographies.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

However, we also recognize and appreciate the freedom, flexibility, and focused work that comes with remote flexibility. This is why a hybrid schedule is a perfect balance of both. Our Florianopolis, SC office has a hybrid work schedule, working in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Applicants must be willing to work from our office.
