At Quadrivia, we have brought together some of the smartest and most passionate people in the sector to work on an ambitious goal: help make healthcare accessible and affordable for everyone on earth, by solving the chronic imbalance between the growing demand for medical care and the constrained supply of clinical skills. While externally we are starting with creating the world's most comprehensive and customizable clinical assistant to deliver routine tasks for clinicians, internally we are pioneering a new way to run a company.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our most important healthcare delivery system clients. This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for driving retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value across a portfolio of complex healthcare accounts. The ideal candidate has spent a career inside the operational and commercial realities of healthcare delivery — and has thrived in the ambiguity and speed of an early-stage or high-growth company.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of strategic healthcare delivery system accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders

  • Develop and execute account growth plans that expand footprint, deepen adoption, and drive measurable outcomes

  • Serve as the internal voice of the client — translating field intelligence into product, pricing, and go-to-market feedback

  • Lead renewal strategy and negotiations, protecting and growing recurring revenue

  • Build multi-threaded relationships across clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders within each account

  • Partner closely with implementation, clinical, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and sustained value delivery

  • Identify and close expansion opportunities (new service lines, new sites, new use cases) within existing accounts

  • Represent the company at client sites, industry conferences, and regional events (travel ~50%)

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, account health tracking, and pipeline reporting

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare delivery systems — health system operations, managed care, health tech commercialization, or a related client-facing healthcare role

  • Prior experience at a startup or high-growth company, with comfort operating without established playbooks

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise healthcare accounts (health systems, payers, or similarly complex delivery organizations)

  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare contract structures, SLA governance, and value-based care mechanics

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion revenue targets

  • Excellent executive presence and consultative selling skills — able to navigate C-suite and clinical leadership conversations with equal fluency

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Based in the United States

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EHR integration patterns and clinical workflow technology

  • Background in call center / access center operations or clinical process outsourcing

  • Existing relationships within target health systems or provider networks

  • Experience selling or supporting AI-enabled or digital health solutions

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Equity participation

  • Flexible, remote-first work environment

  • Opportunity to shape the account management function at a fast-growing healthcare AI company

What We Do

Quadrivia is building Qu, a personal clinical assistant with wide capabilities across the care spectrum. It is designed by clinicians for clinicians, and the communities we serve. According to the World Health Organization, there is a global shortfall of up to 18 million healthcare workers. A root cause of the worldwide challenge with the quality, accessibility and affordability of healthcare is this structural imbalance between elastic demand by population and constrained supply of providers. Care is delivered globally in many different ways. By making Qu comprehensive, controllable and customizable, we aim to help healthcare professionals be in control of AI’s utility, safety and quality. Qu’s cognitive architecture of expanding agents is designed to support clinicians not just for a single task but across the full stack of routine clinical and administrative tasks, patient interactions, decision-making, chronic and post operative care, continuous monitoring and support, in multiple languages.
