The Strategic Account Manager I is a portfolio of strategic wholesale and industrial accounts across Gas South’s ever-expanding service territory.  Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing customer orders, including volume and rate analysis.
  • Support data entry and account-related inquiries from Strategic Customers.
  • Learn to analyze customer usage trends and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Billing) to support customer account activities.
  • Assist in preliminary invoice development and verification of transactions for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports.
  • Ensure data is entered and maintained accurately in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Provide basic support such as validating transactions related to Baseload, Swing, Inday, and Turnback orders for Strategic Customers while escalating complex issues.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service, data analysis, or financial operations in the natural gas industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and basic analytical skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Location Requirements

  • Atlanta, GA or Gainesville, FL
  • Fully remote options may be available

Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc.

Skills Required
