About Figure
Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We’re proving that blockchain isn’t just theory - it’s powering real products used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions.
By combining blockchain’s transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation, we’ve reimagined how loans are originated, funded, and traded in secondary markets. From faster processing times to lower costs and reduced bias, our technology is helping borrowers, investors, and financial institutions achieve better outcomes.
Together with our 170+ partners, we’ve originated over $22 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on our blockchain-native platform, making Figure the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure’s ecosystem also includes YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin that operates as a tokenized money market fund, and several other products and platforms that are reshaping consumer finance and capital markets.
We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance.
About the Role
Figure is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to own our largest, most complex, and most strategically important Home Improvement & Solar partner accounts. This is a newly created role focused on two things: activating newly signed enterprise partners and expanding HELOC volume inside the accounts we already serve.
You will be the senior relationship owner for marquee accounts reporting to the Senior Sales Director of Home Improvement, and orchestrating our field and operations teams on each partner’s behalf. This is a sales enablement and account-growth role – you have particular expertise in training and motivating large national sales teams (including leadership) to adopt new products.
If you have sold into or managed large, multi-layered organizations and you see a blank page as an opportunity to build, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the senior, executive-level relationship for a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts, carrying a volume and activation target for each
- Activate newly signed enterprise partners by building the launch plan, standing up the selling motion, and driving first production
- Expand HELOC volume inside existing large accounts by deepening relationships and widening the base of producing sales reps
- Serve as Figure’s embedded HELOC selling specialist, leading enablement in the field and running train-the-trainer programs across large sales teams
- Develop written account plans for each partner, including volume targets, penetration goals, training milestones, and risk flags
- Run Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews with partner leadership, presenting performance data and aligning on growth opportunities
- Define and track the KPIs that matter for each account (funded volume, application pull-through, time-to-fund, contractor adoption) and deliver clear dashboards back to the partner
- Orchestrate AEs, PDMs, and PSS cross-functionally to deliver a seamless partner experience, and feed partner needs back to product, operations, and leadership
- Own high-impact escalations for national accounts end-to-end, coordinating the right people internally and closing the loop in a way that reinforces trust
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account plans, and performance reporting in Salesforce.
What We Look For
- 7+ years in account management, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales, with at least 3 years managing large, complex accounts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Home improvement, solar, or other contractor-adjacent experience strongly preferred
- Lending or other financial services experience strongly preferred
- A track record of growing revenue within existing accounts, not just managing them
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and comfort turning data into clear, actionable performance reporting
- Experience designing and delivering QBRs or executive business reviews to VP-level or C-suite audiences
- Relationship depth over breadth: you build trust slowly and hold it for years, and you communicate just as easily with a field rep as with a VP of Sales
- Owner’s mentality: comfortable with ambiguity and able to set your own structure
- Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
- Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
- Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.
