This is a unique opportunity to lead growth and develop transformative business opportunities within Deutsche Telekom Group. You will collaborate closely with our Global Account team (GAM-led) and drive impact across Network, IT, and B2B segments.
We are looking for a strong hunter with exceptional commercial skills who can navigate complex organizations, build executive relationships, and execute large-scale transformational deals. This role is not just about selling Red Hat solutions—it’s about adding real value to Deutsche Telekom as a strategic partner.
What You’ll do:
Serve as Red Hat’s sales leader for Deutsche Telekom, driving business growth and strengthening our strategic partnership.
Lead and influence a matrixed team of Solution Architects, Inside Sales, Delivery Executives, Services Managers, and Support Associates.
Shape and negotiate large transformational deals that deliver value for both Red Hat and the customer.
Develop and implement multi-year account strategies in alignment with the Global Account team and Telco Business Group.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executives across Deutsche Telekom.
Foster growth in deal size and serve as a subject matter expert on commercial arrangements.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partner teams to improve processes and internal standards.
Identify expansion opportunities and guide the organization with strategic insights.
What you will bring:
At least 6+ years of sales experience in the telco industry, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Deep understanding of Deutsche Telekom, including Network, IT, and ideally T-Systems or B2B segments.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating matrixed organizations.
Established executive relationships and a strong ability to influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in German and English.
Strong character with political savvy to operate effectively within complex organizations.
Commitment to continuous learning, mentoring, and developing teams.
Why Join Us:
At Red Hat, you’ll have the chance to transform the telco landscape alongside an experienced EMEA team. You will be part of an organization that values innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking—helping Deutsche Telekom achieve its transformation goals while driving Red Hat’s growth.
