As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our most significant client relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to deeply understand client needs and align our solutions to drive tangible business outcomes. This role requires a sophisticated blend of relationship management, strategic thinking, and proactive sales acumen to maximize revenue opportunities and client satisfaction.
The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Strategic Account Manager includes:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key clients;
- Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within your portfolio;
- Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for value-added services;
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service;
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com;
- Stay informed on compliance and risk management market developments and trends;
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of SAI360's software and services to high-level executives;
- Travel to meet clients onsite when required.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven success managing and growing large, Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment;
- Thorough understanding of GRC or compliance challenges;
- Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS Governance, Risk management and Compliance products;
- Strong business acumen and comfort selling to C-Level executives, general counsel, and compliance directors;
- Expert sales process management skills and ability to leverage customer relationships for cross-sell opportunities;
- Confident personality with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Complex problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented focus.
- Disciplined time and territory management skills.

At SAI360, we believe in the benefits of Pay Transparency, as such, the salary range for this position is £75,000-£90,000 (€85,000-€100,000) plus commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
