What you’ll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Strategic Account Executive, SEA will evangelize Jamf by developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at large organizations, bridge the gap to executives, and elevate Jamf mindshare to a strategic position within the Southeast Asia territory.  Their efforts will lead directly to the sales of our Whole Product Experience (WPE), development of pipeline growth, and territory sales.  The Strategic Account Executive is an integral part of our sales organization working closely with our Inside Sales Representatives, Sales Development Representatives and Sales Engineers to grow new business. The Strategic Account Executive will have the opportunity to either bring in new customers into Jamf or help grow existing accounts within in our Commercial and Education markets.  

This role if offered as remote in Singapore. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Singapore and have Permanent Residency or Citizenship to live and work in Singapore.   #LI-Remote

What you can expect to do this role:

  • Strategic Account Executive will formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory to either bring new customers into Jamf or help grow our existing customers.
  • Ability to sell full portfolio of products including security and device management solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand the complex IT needs of customers and offer them appropriate and advanced solutions
  • Responsible for achieving sales quotas by leading all sales activities from generating leads to closing the deals
  • Manage daily sales activities, pipelines, accurate forecasts and close the deals to ensure above-quota results based on logical pipeline management
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts while managing the entire sales-cycle from prospecting to closing the deal.
  • AE helps to bridge the gap to executives, increase wallet share, and elevate Jamf to a more strategic position within all accounts.
  • Build trusting relationships within the sales ecosystem including Channel Partners and Apple as well as maintain strong relationships with other internal stake holders at Jamf.
  • Use Salesforce to document and manage sales activities.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • The role requires up to 50% travel, including international trips.

What we are looking for:

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree preferred; A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in IT industry required, preferably Security Solution Selling Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience to large corporations with demonstrated achievement (Required)
  • Ability to deeply understand customer needs, analyze them, and make proposals that exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales result
  • Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter, while is also a team player
  • Strong self-improvement mindedness
  • High degree of transparency and integrity
  • Ability to control emotions in a high pressure fast paced sales environment
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in other Southeast Asian language (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, etc.) is a plus
