Strategic Account Executive - Life Science - Central Europe region

As a Strategic Account Executive, this role will own and be responsible for expanding Quantiphi’s business in Named Accounts within the Healthcare & Life Sciences Business Unit (HCLS. The Strategic Account Executive at Quantiphi will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of access to our senior management. This role will have direct responsibility for both the top-line and bottom-line performance of the named Accounts.

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a seasoned, passionate and detail-oriented Strategic Account Executive to cultivate and grow Quantiphi’s customer relationships. At Quantiphi, you will be working with your leadership team and colleagues to oversee the relationship between Quantiphi and our most important clients in the life sciences industry. Your success will require skill at building strong relationships, engaging clients in strategic discussions, and developing new business opportunities and/or extensions to ongoing work. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing business with long-term key customers by comprehending their needs, defining the scope of opportunities in their environment, and operating as the primary point of contact for any matters specific to your accounts. You will be expected to assist in identifying needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction with the client. This role will also help identify additional opportunities to further deepen and grow customer relationships. The Strategic Account Executive strives to develop a deep understanding of Quantiphi’s customers’ needs and partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

The Strategic Account Executive will:

  • Build trusted, value added relationships with C-Suite and other key business stakeholders with the Named Life Science accounts assigned to you (HCLS)

  • Invest in knowing the customer’s business, their challenges and their goals and map Quantiphi’s services and solutions to delight the client at every opportunity

  • Be responsible for strategy, planning & execution of business development activities to expand our business within key accounts and drive account expansion

  • Map and own the key client relationships with those accounts including C-level executives in business, technology, and procurement functions within the client

  • Build a comprehensive and strategic account plan, maintain it and deliver to the defined strategy 

  • Collaborate and Engage with our Technology leaders and solution experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients

  • Collaborate with our diverse and global teams to deliver committed results to our clients

  • Be responsible for identifying opportunities and expanding through a combination of new bodies of work and expansion of existing work

  • Proactively introduce solutions/ideas to clients to help improve their business performance

  • Diligently focus on customer satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Technology Services Sales experience

  • 5+ years of managing and selling into the Life Science industry experience

  • 5+ years managing & growing services in a Fortune500 clients environment

  • 5+ years in a Strategic Named Account Management role

  • 5+ years of experience of selling Data, Platform and/or Analytics solutions

Other Qualifications:

  • Selling into Net New accounts along with Named Accounts is a big plus

  • Experience working for/in a top tier consulting services firm 

  • Experience in selling and or managing AI /ML/GenAI type of solutions is a big plus

  • Executive-level engagement experience

  • Healthcare industry experience is a big plus

  • Experience in managing contractual lifecycles including negotiating MSAs, SoWs and commercial constructs

  • Experience in consultative selling of professional services and solutions

  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills to manage the overall account like a business including selling, delivery and hire/manage talent relevant to client delivery

  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time

  • Desired Geography: Basel area in Switzerland, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and NorthEast France
