A core part of the role involves preparing teams for upcoming changes through structured readiness activity, impact assessments, and welldesigned training that makes complex information easy to understand.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to build trusted relationships, maintain alignment, and support the smooth integration of new processes. You will proactively identify risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure adherence to controls. With proven digital capability, you’ll use Procurement and Microsoft 365 tools to support daytoday delivery while contributing insight to ongoing system and process enhancements. Ultimately, you will help embed continuous improvement by staying connected to emerging best practices and bringing fresh thinking back into the team.
