- To be the main, regional contact for Linde MH UK’s short-term rental customers and sales team
- To develop trusted partnerships with Linde MH UK’s short-term rental customers
- To ensure that all enquiries and leads are handled and followed up effectively, resulting in maximum order conversion and customer satisfaction
- Source, plan, and administer short-term hire enquiries according to agreed processes
- Collaborate with sales, workshops, asset team, and transport to schedule workload to meet customer’s expectations and our own commercial business requirements
- Organise and administer off hires, terminate agreements, field based off hire inspections and ensure equipment is collected in the required timeframe
- Monitor and process supplier invoice queries within rental control
- Monitor and process inbound customer invoice queries within rental control
- Ensure all administrative tasks are actioned and up to date
- To handle any customer complaints or dissatisfaction in accordance with agreed process
