We are looking for a detail-oriented Stores Quality Audit to monitor and ensure product quality, proper stock rotation, and operational standards across branches. The role involves conducting field visits, inspecting product quality, monitoring damaged items, ensuring FIFO implementation, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards. The candidate will also prepare daily reports and highlight any operational issues or recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, retail, or store operations.
- Experience in quality control, store audit, or operational compliance.
- Good understanding of FIFO and stock handling processes.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High school diploma or above.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role and visit multiple branches.
