As a Store Operations Manager, you will define and standardize how stores operate on the platform—from store hours and holiday readiness to customer support and refund processes—building clear guidelines and scalable SOPs that address common operational challenges and improve overall performance.

  • <point>Serve as the subject matter expert for regional teams and top-tier partners, handling high-touch tasks such as custom invoicing and lifecycle communications.</point>

  • <point>You hold the ability to juggle multiple mission-critical workstreams, maintaining meticulous organisation under tight deadlines.</point>
  • <point>You are a super user of Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in Python or SQL is highly preferred to navigate our data-intensive landscape.</point>
  • <point>You have experience in building Go-to-Market (GTM) materials, operational playbooks, and merchant enablement content.</point>
  • <point>You also have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse internal teams and foster collaboration across different time zones.</point>
