Join our team and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Stores Administrator to manage our stock, materials, parts, and supplies across our London Infrastructure branch, based in Orpington.
This is a varied role where you'll work closely with Field Managers, Engineers, suppliers, and office teams to ensure the right materials are available at the right time, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
If you have experience in stock control, warehouse operations, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment we want to here from you.
This is an opportunity to become a key part of a successful and collaborative team where your work directly supports our field operations and customer service delivery. You'll have the chance to make a real impact through effective stock management, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4.45pm and Friday, 8am 3.45pm
Stores Administrator Responsibilities:
- Manage stock levels, inventory records, and parts distribution to support field operations.
- Source, order, and track materials, PPE, and specialist parts while ensuring value for money.
- Support engineers and Field Managers by maintaining stock availability and equipment records.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, quality, environmental, and company procedures.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers while delivering excellent service and continuous improvement.
