A Peek Into Your Petstock Day 

  • Make the storeroom space your own by ensuring the smooth running of the storeroom, including processing of deliveries & orders, stocktake, cleaning and organising tasks
  • Assist with all stock control processes, including counting & receiving goods
  • Checking orders before delivery to ensure that the correct products have been made, and that charges are accurate
  • Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
  • Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
  • Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
  • Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current
  • Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day
  • Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team 

Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career? 

  • Experience in retail and stock coordination.
  • A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
  • Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs 
  • Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
