A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
- Make the storeroom space your own by ensuring the smooth running of the storeroom, including processing of deliveries & orders, stocktake, cleaning and organising tasks
- Assist with all stock control processes, including counting & receiving goods
- Checking orders before delivery to ensure that the correct products have been made, and that charges are accurate
- Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
- Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
- Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
- Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current
- Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day
- Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
