Storeperson

The Role

We are looking to recruit a Storeperson to join our Adelaide Airport warehouse.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the primary responsibilities of this position include: 

• Goods receivable / processing goods inwards
• Picking and packing orders ensuring safe work practices are followed
• General warehouse duties

About You

To be successful you will have;

• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Hands on approach and a collaborative orientation to drive team culture
• High motivation levels to be self-managed, working without direct supervision
• Strong attention to detail, analysis and problem solving skills within a complex product/distribution environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
• The ability to follow existing procedures and adapt to new procedures to ensure timely delivery of objectives

Desired skills

• Experience in a warehousing operation within a high-volume environment (advantageous)
• Forklift Licence desired but not essential
• A working knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures
• Previous experience utilising warehouse tracking and operational software packages
