Job Description

As a key member of our branch team, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the parts they need when they need them.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock
  • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Completing local deliveries throughout Wangaratta and surrounding areas
  • Maintaining organised warehouse operations and stock replenishment
  • Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory control
  • Providing exceptional customer service both in branch and during deliveries
  • Assisting customers with general enquiries and order collection
  • Supporting the branch team to achieve operational and customer service goals
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment

Essential Requirements

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform manual handling and warehouse duties

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Previous warehouse, storeperson or logistics experience
  • Delivery driving experience
  • Forklift Licence (LF)
  • Experience within automotive, transport, heavy vehicle, agricultural, industrial or trade industries
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of truck and trailer parts

Located in Victoria's North East, our Wangaratta branch supports a broad range of transport operators, workshops, agricultural businesses and commercial customers throughout the region. This role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while gaining exposure to the transport and heavy vehicle industry within a supportive team environment.
