We are looking for a Store person to join our team based in Mackay working day shift. Whether you have previous experience in warehousing or are brand new to the role, we are happy to train the right person! 

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

 

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods against invoices, sort, label, and store stock safely to optimize warehouse space
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders on schedule
  • Process orders and complete system data entry to keep inventory records accurate and up to date
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and routine stocktakes to maintain stock control
  • Liaise directly with internal teams, suppliers, and transport partners regarding deliveries and orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

  • Previous warehousing or stores experience is a plus, but if you are new to warehousing we are more than happy to fully train the right candidate!
  • A current Forklift licence is advantageous
  • Intermediate computer skills (including MS Excel) with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to safe and efficient work practices
  • Great communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
Qualifications

No experience required, Training and forklift ticket supplied for successful candidate after successful completion of probation period.
