We are looking for a talented Store person to join our high performing team based in Adelaide. In this role you will be part of our high functioning team and work the day shift. We are happy to train up the right candidate for this role, if you are new to warehousing, and don't have a lot of experience yet!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in warehouse
- Data entry, processing orders
- Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
- Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Complete cycle-counts and routine stock takes
- Undertake housekeeping duties to ensure work area is maintained, cleaned and safe
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- A current Forklift license is advantageous
- Previous warehousing/stores experience is preferable, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
- Ability to work unsupervised and commit to undertaking all work safely and efficiently
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office – intermediate Excel) and can learn new systems and processes quickly
- Good team player with great communication skills
