We are currently looking for a Storeperson for our Auckland Warehouse, based in East Tamaki.
Reporting into the Distribution Centre Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for unloading, loading and dispatch of products in the Warehouse.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Carry out physical stock management, including cycle counts and the receipt, storing and dispatch of goods
Undertake administrative duties as required for the warehouse operations
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, shipping containers, rail containers
Undertake any other warehouse duties within their capability as directed by the Warehouse Manager or DC Supervisor
Shift hours: 10am - 6:30pm (available), other shift hours currently full team 6am - 2:30pm, 7:30am - 4pm
About you:
Hold a current forklift licence/clamp-counterbalance experience preferably
Stockpicker license/experience is required, other MHE(Material Handling Equipment) licenses are a bonus
Comfortable with picking/putting away at height 13m high
Strong communication skills
Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
Have a strong approach to safety
