Job Description

We are currently looking a motivated individual to join our team in Laval, from Monday to Friday from 6AM to 2:30 PM. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Storekeeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, receiving and dispatching goods, and ensuring proper storage practices in a fast-paced supply environment.

  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of incoming materials and supplies.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas using proper labeling and categorization.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on sales or distribution schedules.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory or potential shortages.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety standards are maintained in the warehouse at all times.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks as needed (training provided if required).
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to coordinate supply chain activities.
  • Assist with periodic audits and inventory reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a warehouse, inventory, or supply chain environment, preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift certification is an asset but not required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
