Job Description
- To manage independent Store activities.
- Supervision of loading and unloading of materials, Engineering Items in stores
- To receive all incoming direct material as per invoice.
- To keep minimum inventory levels of the materials
- To maintain the everyday documentation pertaining to the receipt and issues of the materials.
- Generating and follow up of RGP, NRGP, and PR
- Inspection and checking of all deliveries and return the rejected materials.
- To prepare monthly reports of Issues and Receipts (MIS Report)
- Maintain Stores as per 5S and GMP
- To guide/train the people and ensure implementation of SHE system,
- To provide active support to SHE Management system implementation for critical items work permit system, accident /incident reporting, safety training etc.
- Provide support to organisation to meet SHE target
- Implement efficient inventory control systems to monitor scrap generation and disposal.
- Prepare MIS to provide comprehensive overview to management
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Diploma in Material Mgt. / SCM.
- The candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in Edible Oil Industry.

- Good knowledge of Stores operations, logistics & material control.
- Good command in Inventory Management.
- Communication Skills, Positive Attitude.
- Team Player and Strong personality with Leadership qualities.
