Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead daily store operations
- Inspect and ensure all goods are in proper condition and correct order / specification prior to receiving
- Update incoming and outgoing shipment record into system in a timely manner
- Maintain proper and accurate records and filing of all documents and transactions (Incoming and Outgoing shipments)
- Responsible for proper storage of materials with labels or tags
- Labelling of items / goods for Incoming or Outgoing shipments
- Perform stock take, count and validate part no and quantities on monthly basis
- Responsible for daily pick, pack and ship to Customer when required
- To ship as scheduled date as committed by Customer Service
- Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency with daily housekeeping mandatory
- Perform and assist on any other work when assigned
- Updating of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
Job Requirements
- GCE N/O Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years-work experience in Store
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office and ERP System
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Must be detailed and meticulous
- Must be a team player and able to multitask
