Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead daily store operations
  • Inspect and ensure all goods are in proper condition and correct order / specification prior to receiving
  • Update incoming and outgoing shipment record into system in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper and accurate records and filing of all documents and transactions (Incoming and Outgoing shipments)
  • Responsible for proper storage of materials with labels or tags
  • Labelling of items / goods for Incoming or Outgoing shipments
  • Perform stock take, count and validate part no and quantities on monthly basis
  • Responsible for daily pick, pack and ship to Customer when required
  • To ship as scheduled date as committed by Customer Service
  • Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency with daily housekeeping mandatory
  • Perform and assist on any other work when assigned
  • Updating of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports


Job Requirements

  • GCE N/O Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years-work experience in Store
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office and ERP System
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Must be detailed and meticulous
  • Must be a team player and able to multitask
