You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.
How you will contribute

  • Annual AC plan (included in preparation)
  • ACTIVITIES planning, coordination & execution (premiums, in store promotions, 2D POPMs)
  • Create POs, do GRs, collect and save backups; follow up on country level with Finance department, Sales, CP
  • Investigate premiums; follow up on country level with Sales teams, Marketing etc
  • Plan and track budget for premiums
  • Tailor made, GWP/PWG: mechanic and execution
  • Initiative execution plan: TP based on priorities/execution levels per RE
  • 2D POPM development and production, all categories (GWP, TM)
  • Leaflet insertions/adaptation
  • Seasonals and ongoing mitigation activities; To follow up on country level with Seasonal & Copack Manager, Marketing etc.
  • Selling stories (Seasonals)
  • Big Bang & Seasonals post evaluations (preparation/lead)
  • Conduct Analysis for respective market /RE /channel /customer: as a base for execution needs
  • Sell out and Scanning: KA data
  • Promo analysis
  • SOM (included in preparation)
  • Co-pack and VAP: planning, development, included in ordering and delivering process; follow up on a country level with Sales/Distributor, Marketing, Seasonal & Copack Manager
  • Product declaration for Co-pack and VAP (create and approve with Regulatory)
  • Create digi forms and track budget shifts; follow up with Marketing, CP
  • Displays planograms: per display type
