Facility is currently looking for Full Time and Part Time Positions on DAY SHIFT. Come join our team as a state tested nurse aide at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This rewarding position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and ensures excellent care delivery is performed on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents and resident families during the care delivery process.
Pay Rate: $17 - $21.50 an hour based on experience and credentials. On top of those great base rates we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
- Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients
- Documents care in the electronic medical record
- Provides feedback for individualizing resident care plans
STNA QUALIFICATIONS
- Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA
- Has a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.
