Job Description
McFadyen Digital is seeking a Stibo STEP Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Stibo STEP Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions for enterprise clients. This role will be instrumental in developing best practices, integrating STEP with ERP and eCommerce platforms, and ensuring efficient data governance.
As a Stibo STEP Architect, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data models, optimize workflows, and implement scalable MDM/PIM solutions that drive digital transformation. You will also provide technical leadership, mentorship, and troubleshooting expertise while staying updated on emerging trends in STEP, cloud technologies, and data management strategies. Responsibilities
Top 5 Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions for enterprise clients.
- Develop best practices and frameworks for Stibo STEP implementation, integration, and data governance.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define data models, and optimize workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration of STEP with ERP, eCommerce, marketplace, and third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers working on STEP implementations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of client data landscapes and recommend STEP-based solutions for data management and governance.
- Configure and customize Stibo STEP to align with business needs, including attribute modeling, data hierarchies, and user workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to STEP, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Stay updated on Stibo STEP product updates and industry best practices, ensuring innovative solutions for clients.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations.
Qualifications
Top 5 Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience implementing and architecting Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, hierarchy management, and STEP workflow configuration.
- Hands-on experience integrating Stibo STEP with ERP, eCommerce, and other enterprise applications.
- Deep understanding of MDM, PIM, data governance, and data quality principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Stibo STEP API development and integration with middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for hosting STEP solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for solution deployment and delivery.
- Ability to conduct STEP training sessions and create knowledge-sharing documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
