The unsung heroes of the kitchen, stewards clean, organize, stock, and reset the kitchen to ensure that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. This department is more than just washing dishes; every task they are responsible for is vital to the success of the kitchen, and a Stewarding Manager is responsible for overseeing this team and setting the elite standard. This individual maintains a high standard of service, communicates clearly and effectively, and enjoys leading others.

Requested Tasks:

  • Manage, schedule and lead the steward team members; lead by example with thoughtful communication 
  • Ensure all kitchen and dining areas maintain cleanliness and safety standards 
  • Oversee inventory, including but not limited to receiving all orders, stocking, and maintaining inventory

Requested Capabilities:

  • Prior experience as a Steward required, highly preferring Executive Stewarding experience 
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety standards 
  • Guest-first mentality
  • Excellent communication skills; organized and efficient 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards of service
