About the role: 

 

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the stewarding department, reporting into the insert hiring manager. 

 

What you will do:  

  • Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine 

  • Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities 

  • Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils   

  • Maintain the silver polishing program 

  • Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
