Job DescriptionJoin our Food & Beverage team and play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. As a Steward, you'll support our culinary team and help ensure smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations, kitchen areas, and storage rooms.
- Remove trash and recycling while keeping work areas clean and safe.
- Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies for the culinary team.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and food preparation areas as needed.
- Work closely with the culinary team to support efficient kitchen operations.
