As a Steward/Dishwasher, you play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment and understand that great guest experiences start with a strong foundation.
You support the kitchen team by ensuring all equipment, dishes, and work areas are cleaned and ready for service. You work well in a fast-paced environment, follow hygiene and safety standards, and are always ready to support your colleagues when needed. Your reliability, teamwork, and positive attitude make you an essential part of the kitchen operation.
About you…
Experience working in a kitchen, stewarding, or cleaning role is an advantage.
Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
Supporting chefs and kitchen team members by ensuring all items are available and ready during service.
Following Danish food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Properly handling waste, recycling, and maintaining a clean working environment.
Assisting with receiving deliveries, storing items correctly, and supporting stock rotation when needed.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in back-of-house areas.
Being a reliable team member who supports a positive and professional kitchen culture.
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods and stay organized under pressure.
Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
