Job purpose is to supervise day-to-day operation of stewarding department. Steward Supervisor is responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Control storeroom orders and issue all china, silver, and glass ware. Ensure all food and beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required with a minimum of three to five years management experience preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a valid driver's license, as well as maintaining a good driving record. Must be able to acquire and maintain sanitation certificate. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills required. Must be flexible with working hours. Must be a people person and be able to come up with creative ideas. Advanced Food & Beverage knowledge.
