The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with company quality standards, supporting production processes, and promoting continuous improvement.
You role
- You will ensure compliance with quality requirements and applicable regulations.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to prevent defects.
- You will collaborate with Production and Technology departments to implement corrective and improvement actions.
- Manage and update quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions, reports).
- You will conduct internal audits across production departments.
- Analyze quality data and KPIs to propose optimization solutions.
- Coordinate problem-solving activities in case of non-conformities.
- Support the validation of new processes and products.
- You will support the Quality Manager during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in the HV electrical laboratory, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager during external customer audits, providing operational and documentation support.
About you
- You have a technical background and knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001 and related standards).
- Familiarity with quality control tools and SPC methodologies.
- Data analysis skills and experience with reporting software.
- Experience in managing audits and certification processes.
- Ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
- You are successful in creating interaction with cross-functional team, organizing cross functional activities and meet deadlines
- Fluent English (written and spoken), essential for customer interactions and technical documentation.

- Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.
- Gross annual salary no less than: € 30.000
