BlueForce Inc. is seeking a GIISR/C2 Subject Matter Expert in support of HQ USAF Sponsored or Supported Wargaming. The GIISR/C2 Subject Matter Expert will conduct activities to plan, execute, manage, and analyze throughout all phases of HQ USAF wargames including concept development, objective analysis, assessment planning, game design, event planning, management and execution, and post-game analysis. Primary locations are Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and The Pentagon.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary facilitator on all matters relating to Sensing, GIISR, JADC2.
- Assists in identification and recruitment of wargame participants.
- Organizes and facilitates participants and cells to achieve wargame objectives.
- Supports wargame operations as Subject Matter Expert.
- Contributes and recruits/incorporates domain and/or functional expertise to wargaming.
- Conducts open source and classified research and analysis related to the field of expertise to contribute to development and execution of wargame design, objectives, and analysis plans.
- Acts as the adjudication lead in the subject matter area when required.
- Supports creation of wargaming databases related to area of expertise.
- Contributes to data collection during wargame events.
- Conducts post‐game analysis and drafts wargame reports.
- Supports development and dissemination of post‐game outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Participates in non-AF Wargaming wargames if directed.
- Assists in accomplishing staff taskings/actions as directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Air Force all-domain ISR/sensing (GIISR) operator and planner with documented experience planning, integrating, and executing ISR operations at the theater level; and/or as a C2 planner with experience planning, integrating, and executing Joint and/or Combined C2 operations at the theater level.
- If both skill sets not embodied in a single person, should have good awareness and access to expert(s) in the other area, to provide coverage of the GIISR/sensing/JADC2 aspects of the long-range kill chain complex for wargaming.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Top-secret with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Weapons officer is desired.
Skills Required
- Minimum 10 years experience as an Air Force all-domain ISR/sensing (GIISR) operator and planner, with theater-level ISR planning/integration/execution experience
- Or 10 years experience as a C2 planner with theater-level Joint and/or Combined C2 planning, integration, and execution experience
- If both GIISR and C2 skill sets are not embodied in one person, must have awareness and access to experts covering the other area
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Ability to conduct open-source and classified research and analysis to support wargame design and post-game analysis
- Weapons officer background
