  • Support office operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily functions.
  • Maintain health and safety compliance within the terminal, following strict guidelines.
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of depot activities, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Liaise with various teams and departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and update records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the depot manager and team leaders as required.
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, representing the company's values.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the depot manager or senior management.
Qualifications
  • A strong interest in administrative work and a desire to develop skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
