Position: Sr. Python Developer
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Remote + 3 Days Onsite)
Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore
Experience: 6–9 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications and microservices to support business-critical workflows.
Implement batch processing solutions for large-scale data handling, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize and refactor existing Python codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
Develop and maintain APIs, integrating internal and third-party services using microservices architecture.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers on Python best practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to automate deployments, testing, and monitoring of applications.
Stay updated on emerging Python technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
Skills Required
- 6-9 years of relevant development experience
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience building microservices
- Experience with batch processing for large-scale data
- API design and integration with internal and third-party services
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
- Experience optimizing and refactoring code for performance and maintainability
